Please check that you have entered in your AWB details correctly - the prefix must be 3 digits and your AWB number should have 8 digits.

If you are still having trouble locating your shipment, please bear in mind it can take a few hours for your shipment to be processed once you've delivered it into us, so it might not have been entered into the system just yet.
