Our Fuel Surcharge

In light of the ongoing geopolitical situation in the Middle East, global oil prices and refined petroleum products, including jet fuel, have risen significantly in recent weeks.

Fuel is a significant component in the total cost of carrying cargo on our fleet. Our investment into NextGen aircraft has helped to somewhat limit the impact. However, the scale of the increase and the volatility in the market mean we must introduce a Fuel Surcharge (FSC), applicable to all shipments from 23rd March 2026*. 

Our FSC mechanism is designed to pass on a portion of the incremental cost and will therefore flex in line with changes in the market price for jet fuel. The FSC ensures that adjustments are directly linked to published jet fuel market data and can move in line with prevailing market conditions.

Our FSC for shipments with a first flight date between 21st April - 3rd May 2026 is as follows:
