A new remote queue and driver sign-in process is now live at JFK, designed to improve traffic flow, reduce wait times and enhance the customer experience.

JFK Cargo Driver Check-In Enhancement
We’re pleased to announce the launch of an enhanced driver check-in process at our JFK cargo facility, designed to improve efficiency, reduce congestion and create a smoother experience for visiting drivers. From 18 May 2026, our ground handling partner at JFK will introduce an updated remote queue management system for cargo collections and deliveries.
What’s changing?
The new process will allow drivers to:
- Join the queue remotely before arriving at the facility
- Check in from within approximately 6,000 feet of the cargo terminal
- Receive live status updates and notifications throughout their visit
- Benefit from improved processing flow and reduced wait times
The updated system also includes enhanced cargo product recognition capabilities, helping ensure more accurate routing and handling upon arrival.
