We’re extending our Contact Centre opening hours

At Virgin Atlantic Cargo, we’re always listening to your feedback. Earlier this year, many of you shared your views with us through our customer survey, and we’re pleased to announce new improvements to our Contact Centre to better support your needs.
Extended opening hours
From Monday 01st September, our Contact Centre will be available at the following times:

^ US times shown in Eastern Time – EDT until November 2nd, EST thereafter.
Added flexibility
We also understand the importance of flexibility in today’s fast-paced world. That’s why we’re introducing 24-hour weekday coverage for straightforward email requests**, ensuring you can still access quick support outside of our extended core hours.
