Middle East Airspace

Due to the escalation of conflict in the Middle East, we have made the decision to temporarily avoid the airspace of Iraq. We continue to review our flight paths in line with the latest information and guidance from international aviation authorities and our own rigorous safety standards. 

As a result, some of our services are operating on adjusted routings and may experience slightly longer flight times. 

As a precautionary measure, we have also taken the decision to cancel the following flights:

Customers with impacted shipments will be booked onto the next available service, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

While we continue to monitor the situation, we are temporarily unable to accept new bookings for shipments to and from DXB and RUH.

The safety and security of our people and customers always comes first, and we continue to monitor the situation in the Middle East with ongoing dynamic assessments and active changes to our flight routings based on the latest information and guidance, if required.
